Once you place your order, it will be process immediately. As soon the order is ready for shipping we will send you the tracking information and we will send you updates about your order. Our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority service. Shipping will take from 3 to 7 to deliver. Personalized products will take from 7 to 20 days to deliver. If for any reason you want your order to be delivered more rapidly, we offer a faster shipping option at an extra charge. Also we ship world wide, shipping charges vary for international shipping.

 Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Sorry but since coffee is  classified as food, no returns are available. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
